Valletta Collection - 101 Apt 5

Great location with fabulous views Positive: Location was fabulous - very easy to get to everything in Valetta and get an Uber or ferry when we wanted to go elsewhere. We loved the rooftop deck and the beautiful sunrises - a great perspective to see the city. The two small stores right next to the apartment were the perfect place to pick up what we wanted for breakfast and snacks. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We had lots of space to spread outt and relax after days touring around. Beds were very comfortable. We also used the sofa bed, which had a typical comfort level for a sofa bed. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor (which was perfect). Highly recommend and would stay there again. Negative: Valetta has a lot of hills, so be prepared. The apartment is at the bottom of a hill on one of the main streets in the old section, and it is steep. The hill does have shallow steps that make it much more manageable if you aren't a fan of hills.

Positive: The central location. Negative: The showers were very low pressure, especially in level 5. There was a lot of building work going on at the time, so I am not sure if this affected the water supply. The seating on the terrace was in need of replacement. The seat material was ripped on one seat & sofa. There was no proper hanging space for clothes on level 5.

Superb Positive: Everything about the property was fantastic, great location, close enough to everything, including the Harbour & the centre of Valletta. Emilija kept in contact via Whatsapp to make sure everything was ok. Prior to going she sent very useful and informative recommendations and advice for places to see/eat/things to do. Apartments were immaculately clean and the beds extremely comfortable, air con was great. The Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Keyless entry using code was fantastic for us, no need to worry about keys. Rooftop terrace was great for an evening drink , views were spectacular. We were there with family, so the separation by staircase was good for their privacy and ours. Pictures don't do it justice. Negative: These are not a dislikes just recommendations. Full length mirrors and also a kettle in the Rooftop apartment would have been useful.
