Overall we were pleased with the apartment and its location on the edge of the city centre. Positive: Excellent location and well equipped apartment. Thoughtful layout, with an small balcony to connect with the outside. Arrangements for airport pickup and drop-off were seamless and our local contact responded to queries swiftly and politely. Negative: Cleaning was overall good, but did not extend to the top or wardrobe or under the sofa. I had stored by suitcase on top of the wardrobe (as is quite normal), but was covered in a shower of thick dust when I took it down. This was months of dust. We also saw broken glass under the sofa which we extracted, but again found months of dust and dirt. We are not criticizing the cleaner, just that management should ensure that these areas are attended to periodically. Regarding the TV, whilst we were not planning to watch much TV during our stay, we found that it was not connected to any service, neither had it ever been set up with a log-in, so only the basic preinstalled apps were available, which amounted to YouTube and Rakuten. The latter is virtually useless in Malta as the available content is minimal. It would not be difficult for the management to set up this LG TV with a streaming service such as LG's own free streaming content.

Perfect location, clean and has everything you could need Positive: It was the perfect location, right near the centre of Valletta so you could enjoy what it had to offer, but also enough of a road down that you weren’t disrupted by any noise. It was clean safe and the hosts sent recommendations and kept in contact so knew we could get in touch if we needed anything which was fantastic. Will definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Valletta!
