Nicely renovated unit but building entry felt unsafe/not clean; overall, needs more maintenance. Positive: Very nicely renovated apartment once you were inside the building. We were able to check in early. Negative: The entryway to the building felt unsafe and was not clean. The street door was always left open, and there was garbage in an opened bag in the hallway all 4 days of our stay. There were signs in the hallway about vermin from garbage left in entryway. We had to contact the host many times - garbage issue, toilet loose on wall, dryer did not work, little coffee/tea supplies, and no instructions for appliances or warning not to drink tap water. They were responsive but felt the onus was on us to point out issues in the unit.

Un apartament foarte frumos Positive: Locatie centrala. Modern si echipat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Gazda ne-a oferit si un late check out gratuit. Negative: Ar putea sa existe macar gel de dus la baie, nu doar sapun de maini.

Positive: Grande appartamento situato al primo piano di un vecchio stabile a pochi minuti dal centro storico e dalla stazione degli autobus. È costituito da 2 ampie camere da letto, 2 bagni con doccia e una bella cucina ben attrezzata. Era in ordine e ben pulito. I contatti con i gestori sono stati precisi e esaustivi, pur a distanza. Negative: Il pavimento di una stanza è molto vecchio e brutto, è l' unica parte non ristrutturata. Farebbero comodo alcune seggiole nelle stanze. Nell' androne e nelle scale c'è un pesante odore del ristorante indiano situato di fianco, che fortunatamente non raggiunge l' interno dell'appartamento
