Fantastic apartment, but the organisation could be a lot better Positive: The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to lots of food places and the main squares. The apartment is very big, perfect for up to three people. Everything seemed new and open. Negative: The toilet didn’t have any pressure so beware when using to wait awhile and gently flush for anything to go down. On a separate note, I would caution any solo female travellers. There seems to be poor communication between the host company and the owner, building manager, etc. this resulted in my being naked in the bathroom when someone knocked once and immediately came into the apartment without waiting for my consent. (This was in the same 12 hours I clarified with the host that I did not want anyone coming in without my knowing or consent) This was without any prior knowledge of their coming. Furthermore, their coming in at all whether I responded or not is a breach of privacy and safety to both my person and my belongings. This resulted in a lot of unease being there alone. While it was a communication failure and apologies were given at the time, this put me in a very vulnerable position and I would tell any solo female travellers to maybe avoid or at least ensure needs and concerns are heard and met from the outset. The apartment is gorgeous but the experience was unsettling!
